Terms of Service

1.1. Welcome to Boost Realm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. Boost Realm provides elo boosting and related rank improvement services for League of Legends. Our platform connects customers (players seeking rank improvement) with boosters (skilled players who perform the service).

1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform or services. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.4. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

2.1. Boost Realm offers the following services: Elo Boost (a professional player logs into your account and plays ranked games to increase your rank), Duo Boost (you play alongside a professional player in your ranked games), Win Boost (guaranteed number of ranked victories), and Placement Matches (professional completion of your placement/MD5 games).

2.2. Service availability, pricing, and delivery times may vary depending on the current game season, rank tier, and booster availability.

2.3. Boost Realm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3.1. For services that require account access (such as Elo Boost), you will need to provide your game account credentials through our platform.

3.2. All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored. Only the booster assigned to your order has temporary, controlled access to your credentials during the active service period.

3.3. Credentials are automatically purged from our systems after the order is completed and approved. We strongly recommend changing your password after service completion.

3.4. You are responsible for ensuring that the credentials you provide are accurate and up to date. Boost Realm is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect credentials or two-factor authentication complications.

3.5. You agree not to log into your game account or play ranked games while a booster is actively working on your order. Playing during an active boost may result in LP losses, and Boost Realm reserves the right to mark the order as completed without refund.

4.1. This service may violate the game publisher's Terms of Service. Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account penalties.

4.2. Elo boosting may violate the Terms of Service of Riot Games and other game publishers. By purchasing any service from Boost Realm, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

4.3. Risks associated with boosting services include, but are not limited to:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension;
• Rank reset or rollback of league points;
• Restrictions on account features (chat, ranked, rewards);
• Loss of skins, achievements, or account history;
• Any other penalty imposed by the game publisher.

4.4. Boost Realm is NOT liable for any penalties, bans, rank resets, or restrictions applied to your account by game publishers as a result of using our services.

4.5. By placing an order, you declare that you assume full and exclusive responsibility for all risks involved, including any negative consequences to your game account.

4.6. No refund, credit, or compensation will be issued in cases of account bans, rank resets, or any other penalty imposed by game publishers, regardless of the order's completion stage.

4.7. Boost Realm employs security measures and best practices to minimize detection risk, but does not guarantee that such measures are 100% effective.

4.8. Boost Realm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Riot Games, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. League of Legends and all related trademarks are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

5.1. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through Stripe.

5.2. Full payment is required before any service begins. Your order will remain in "pending payment" status until payment is confirmed.

5.3. You are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if a booster has not yet started working on your order. Once a booster has been assigned and has begun the service, no refund will be issued.

5.4. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Boost Realm support constitute a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue appropriate action in such cases.

5.5. Boost Realm reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

6.1. Boosters who provide services through Boost Realm are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Boost Realm.

6.2. Boost Realm vets and monitors boosters to ensure quality of service, but does not control the specific methods, hours, or gameplay decisions made by boosters during service delivery.

6.3. Boosters are bound by their own confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from sharing, disclosing, or misusing any customer data or credentials.

6.4. You acknowledge that boosters may adjust in-game settings (runes, summoner spells, item builds) as needed to complete the service effectively.

7.1. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and game credentials required for service completion.

7.2. You agree not to interfere with the booster's work by logging into your account during an active order, unless the service type allows it (e.g., Duo Boost).

7.3. If you play ranked games on your account during an active Elo Boost order and incur losses, Boost Realm may deduct those losses from the service scope or mark the order as complete.

7.4. If your LP gains are below 15 LP per win in any division other than the initially purchased one, additional charges may apply, or the order may be converted to a win-based service.

7.5. If you show inactivity for 28 days or more after purchase and do not respond to communications, Boost Realm reserves the right to close the order and consider it fulfilled.

8.1. You can track the progress of your order in real-time through your dashboard, including rank changes, win/loss records, and completion percentage.

8.2. You may communicate with your assigned booster through the platform's built-in chat system. All communications are logged for quality and dispute resolution purposes.

8.3. Any disputes regarding service quality must be submitted through our support system. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

9.1. Boost Realm provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any service.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Realm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

9.3. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9.4. Boost Realm is not liable for service delays caused by game server maintenance, patches, or other events outside our control.

10.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10.2. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11.1. Boost Realm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

11.2. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11.3. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or platform notification before the changes take effect.

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
