- Game credentials: your League of Legends account username and password, provided for boosting services that require account access
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full card number)
- Game data: Riot ID, rank, match history, and performance statistics obtained through the Riot Games API
- Communications: messages exchanged through our platform chat system
- Usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and other standard analytics data
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Match you with an appropriate booster for your order
- Process payments and manage transactions
- Track order progress using Riot Games API data (rank changes, match results)
- Facilitate communication between you and your booster
- Provide customer support and resolve disputes
- Improve our platform and services
- Send order updates and important service notifications
3. Credential Encryption and Security
We take the security of your game credentials seriously:
- All game account credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database
- Only the booster assigned to your specific order can access your credentials, and only during the active service period
- Credentials are purged from our systems after the order is completed and approved
- We recommend changing your game account password after service completion as an additional security measure
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third parties as necessary to provide our services:
- Stripe - for secure payment processing
- Riot Games API - to retrieve game data for order progress tracking (we send your Riot ID; the API returns public game data)
- Clerk - for authentication and account management
- Assigned boosters - receive only the data necessary to complete your order (game credentials for account-access services, Riot ID for duo services)
- Law enforcement - when required by law, court order, or legal process
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same protections described in this policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Account data: retained as long as your account is active, and deleted upon request
- Game credentials: purged after order completion and approval
- Order and match data: retained for up to 12 months after order completion for support and dispute resolution
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
- Chat messages: retained for up to 12 months after order completion

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data that we hold
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile
- Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export your data in a portable format
